Title: Sometimes The Forgotten Are Often The Most Sought
When two beautiful forces come together, we surely must all be blinded.Pairing:
The infinite sky resembled nothing but a palette of earth tones and a dash of pink and the pale dawn broke into the cold, starless night. Compared to them, it was a downright horrid sight.
They sit still, each a cold statue presented to the world as the forgotten goddesses of all that incarnates beauty.
Each talented, both wicked, both wanted, savory even. They held hearts in the palm of their hands and played with them, tugging its strings like a broken marionette.
Tossed to the trash, another useless object they never wanted in the first place.
They both remained silent, the rain coming down harder, washing away the traces of the blood from the dirt.
It didn’t quench the passion inside both of them, the one they were both unable to handle.
What started out as competition for beauty and wits grew to more, the two enemies uniting for a common cause, a common goal.
The taste of victory.
The sweet, intoxicating scent they both presumed would leak from a beautiful creature.
It was wrong for them to feel what they did; neither knew of such beauty that they both presented. They never felt such envy, never experienced what it was like to feel jealous
Neither had ever entangled themselves in a relationship in which looks rivaled constantly.
And when their lips finally met, crushed together in anger and desire, the gods rejoiced in heaven.
